This is a done-for-you newsletter service where your emails are written, polished, and scheduled in advance, so your newsletter stays consistent without becoming another ongoing task on your plate. Instead of scrambling to write or worrying about what to send each month, everything is handled in one focused batch.
Emails are scheduled to be sent twice a month to keep you visible without overwhelming your subscribers. This cadence builds familiarity and trust over time, giving your audience multiple touchpoints throughout the year while keeping your workload minimal. You can choose to schedule either one year or two full years of emails, depending on how far ahead you want to plan.
Cost: $2,400 for 12 months of twice-per-month emails (paid upfront)
Extended scheduling: Option to schedule up to 24 months (48 emails) for business owners who want longer-term consistency.

Once you purchase, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page with instructions on how to submit your content and preferences. I’ll refine your emails and schedule everything in Mailchimp in one batch. You’ll be notified once scheduling is complete, and your newsletter will run automatically on the established cadence without further action required from you.
